How many ways are there to say cute, cuddly and fun, fun, fun? We’re not sure but we bet you’ll discover all of them if you have room in your home and your heart for this little beauty! And the best part is that this girl is at the PERFECT age to transition into a new home. She’s still young enough to adjust well to change but old enough so that the hard majority of her housebreaking and crate training have been completed. All the fun with less of the hard work that comes with most puppies – what more can you ask for!

Val is spending her time in foster care learning all the things a well-behaved pit bull should know. She’s mastered crate training and house breaking and her older foster brother is trying to teach her the finer points of doggie behavior – like how to share toys and how much pestering from a little pup is just TOO much for a big dog to put up with. Val’s foster mom tells us that whether it’s snuggling up with her foster parents for some loving and a nap or trying to entice the cats in the home to play with her, Val likes to give her best effort at everything she does.

Val’s foster family is working hard to make sure that she is exposed to a wide variety of people both young and old to ensure that Val is well socialized. However, it will be up to her new family to make sure that they continue Val’s education both in terms of socialization and basic obedience.

A positive reward training method would work best for Val, as we believe that her first home may have been very heavy handed with her. Although it is hard to believe that anyone could be physically abusive to a tiny pup it’s clear that someone was because initially Val would shy away from anyone who making quick hand movements or using a loud voice. Luckily for Val she’s now in a super foster home that has helped her to forget her past and look forward to a bright new future.

Do you want some lovin’ in your life? Want to share you home and your heart with a little one who deserves a second chance? Are you willing to laugh when she snorts like a pig and ignore her snoring when she snoozes? If you can answer yes to these questions then you might be just the person Val has been waiting for. Val is spayed, up to date on all her puppy vaccinations and has been thoroughly vetted – all she needs now is a happy home of her own to grow up in!
